The Annex House 

Working with Erika Hornquist from eHQ Designs, an open concept main living space was designed, along with a large bathroom/laundry room and a master loft suite, complete with an office and a common area on the upper floor. The main goal was to make this space into a bright, spacious and comfortable, cozy home. This project was a full interior renovation with extensive plumbing and electrical upgrades, as well as the addition of a bedroom and the construction of the large bathroom/laundry space. Beautiful custom finishes, such as the white washed tongue and groove ceiling in the master loft space and the warm, unique pine cabinetry completed their vision of a “home”
